We’ve had a lot of success using High Calcium Lime from Piqua Materials. Piqua Lime provides a high neutralizing power to effectively raise pH and also contains a low water percentage that allows us to spread through cold temperatures in the winter.

At Precision Partners, we put forth extensive effort in managing our lime applications. We ensure the lime is placed in the best area of the field to maximize the amount of product spread. When weather conditions only allow applications at night when the ground is frozen, we take advantage of those opportunities to provide you with the best service. 

Tri-State Fertilizer Recommendations

The Tri-State Fertilizer Recommendations were developed in response to trials conducted at The Ohio State University, Purdue University, and Michigan State University to determine the most efficient testing strategies and application quantities with regard to maximizing agricultural production and environmental stewardship. Recommendations for corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa by these land-grant universities are based on crop removal by production, fertilizing material, and yield potential for future crops.
